I'm trying to update from 20.4 using the WIKI > Download
I have Bitdefender, can I just turn off MS for this?

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like the usual AV response on a new release, as not enough people have downloaded/run it yet for it to be recognised properly by the "AI" (ahem) behind the screening.

Such things usually resolve themselves in a few days once enough people are using the executable, or else usually there's an option to install anyway in such things.

Of course, always be careful of such things in case it is genuine, however this sort of thing is well known, and as long as you got the executable from a genuine source (e.g. from our mirrors) then you should be fine.
