I have an m3u file that contains an http link to the mkv file:

Is it possible to display a description of the film in Kodi using the "IPTV simple" plugin and some plugin that retrieves information (metadata) about this film, e.g. from filmweb.pl (similarly to TV programs and EPG)?
Or how to place these links in the Videos tab so that the information is scraped from given websites?

The info comes from the XMLTV file but a think there have been some m3u enhancement to link the XMLTV data,  tvg-url might help   VOD playlists themselves are often links to pirate videos so ask your provider for one.
